Process Work Scotland organises classes in facilitation as well as individual and group supervision, coaching and organisational development.
Process Work Scotland is part of a network of international organisations throughout the world. We work with groups, organisations and individuals, as trainers, facilitators or consultants and have an abundance of experience in a range of fields and applications.
All teachers/facilitators are registered with UKCP and are also Faculty Members with RSPOPUK which is the training body for Process Work in the UK.

Process Work is essentially an awareness practice, a cross-disciplinary approach to supporting individuals and groups to discover themselves, and to discover the meaning and creative insights within the conflicts they face.
Process Work integrates ideas from physics, psychology, anthropology, and spirituality and has applications in many fields.
Developed by Arnold Mindell and colleagues, it includes key concepts like Deep Democracy and Worldwork that describe methods we use to work with the most marginalised parts of ourselves and of our societies.
